The curriculum of our leadership program revolves around these 5 pillars of leadership. In our program, we do a deep dive to uncover these 5 pillars within us.
This pillar entails two modules – strategic leadership and operational excellence. Both components explore the significance of using variables to define your objectives, mission, and values. The strategic leadership module encompasses the value of pragmatic altruism between co-founders and peers, how to manage disagreements and how it can impact mission progression, as well as the results that can be produced by practical OKRs and KPIs. Furthermore, the operational excellence module analyzes the optimal practice techniques, systems, and processes needed for project management and how phases of the project lifestyle (such as planning, implementation, and closure) can be developed.
This pillar entails two modules – building teams and creating culture, and managing teams. Both components explore the significance of team development and the value of a collective, collaborative team culture within organizations. The building teams module encompasses effective hiring techniques, employee growth, and identifying cultural values and the benefits they can bring to the team. Moreover, the managing teams module analyzes the optimization of employee strength and its contribution to productivity while also recognizing team problems and how they can be resolved through utilizing a variety of different strategies.
This pillar entails two modules – communicating ideas/influencing and conflict resolution. Both components explore the significance of practical communication between colleagues and recognizing the effectiveness of strong communication strategies/skills. The communicating ideas/influencing module encompasses the value of adapting to different communication techniques and understanding “values-based” leadership in the organizational hierarchical context. Furthermore, the conflict resolution model analyzes the emergence of conflict and their root causes, as well as how organizations can develop empirical defensive strategies in order to stay calm when problems arise and build resilience.
This pillar entails two modules – change management and leading and nurturing ‘Loonshot Ideas.’ Both components explore the significance of developing a thorough understanding of the change management process and how it differs from project management. The change management module encompasses the value of the role of the leader in an organization and how they can be greatly effective in cultivating growth, organizational resilience, and progression in a team. Moreover, the leading and nurturing ‘loonshot ideas’ module analyzes the principles of nurturing loonshot ideas and provides empirical evidence of how these ideas thrived despite adversity and the broader impact of their creation on the world.
This pillar entails one module – Developing your “Best Self.” This component explores the significance of producing a Quranic Mindset, how to attain Divine assistance, and the concept of Barakah and the means necessary to achieve it.
