About Mercy Mission Leadership Bootcamps
Mercy Mission Leadership Bootcamps are a series of workshops geared to enhance both individual and teams and individuals within the Muslim community. Building leadership and human resource capacity are crucial for any community’s success. The Muslim community, in particular, is facing a number of challenges that require organizations, volunteers and institutions to confidently launch initiatives that provide value within both the Muslim and larger Canadian communities.
Leadership Bootcamps generally focus on the following three competency areas:
- Personal Leadership – how I govern myself – my worldly and religious affairs, self-reflection, personal productivity, motivation, relationship-building
- Understanding the World – systems thinking, understanding contemporary issues, developing narratives, strategy
- Execution Leadership – goal setting, team building, collaboration, governance
